Though I love the ESV and use it for my own personal Bible study, our fellowship uses the New American Study Bible translation. Is there a way to change the scripture references pulled in the component to NASB?

Unfortunately, ESV is the only version available via web services. The good news is that with version 6.1 of Bible Study, we offer support for other versions via Bible Gateway and the Scripture Links plugin. Look for the new version out in early October
