To be honest, we have not had good success using SEF with biblestudy. It may well be the component that is causing the problem, though your error message seems to indicate otherwise. I think Bible Study just passes on a mediacode to AVR so perhaps it is that plugin.
I have someone working on the SEF issue but no solutions yet. Search engines don't really need it anymore but I know it looks nicer. I just don't turn it on for my sites anymore.
