Joomla Bible Study

Is anyone having problems with the social networking icons on the study details page when using IE8? The images are resized from 64x64px to 33x33px fine in firefox 3.6 and latest Chrome, but in IE8, they appear not to be resized. See attached image.
Is this an IE8 bug or BibleStudy? It doesn't appear to be fixed when going into compatibility mode.

They start out looking just fine in IE8 but then resize. I notice that happens with a graph of usage you also show on this page:

test.stag.org/multimedia/sermons

In IE8 is starts out fine then resizes to it's too big for the window. Perhaps not a function of our component or IE8 but your template and IE8?

Ah yes, thanks for that.. I've found a javascript function that for some reason makes png images crop instead of resize in IE. hopefully i'll be able to fix it.. possibly just by removing it!

I did have some problems when trying to track down the bug on my local copy of the site. I'm using XAMPP on Windows 7, with my site homepage at localhost/joomla-stagdev/ ... but for some reason the social networking images don't display at all unless i have the absolute reference in, eg 'localhost/joomla-stagdev/components/com_...s/facebook.png' instead of 'components/com_biblestudy/images/facebook.png'

Any idea whether this is something to do with my setup, or if it's a problem others have had?
